2 Persons - $40,700
3 Persons - $45,800
4 Persons - $50,850
5 Person - $54950

Applications: $50 per person over 18 years of age
$150 holding fee - This goes towards your deposit and is refundable if you are denied for any reason
Pet Fees: $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet (2 pet max) & $35/mo pet rent
Security Deposits are equal to one months rent.
